Great Hotel Location
ocean view clean pool great location
I was very satisfied. The hotel is near to the ocean. There is an access to the boardwalk. The pool and the fitness center were clean and well kept.
Our room was never cleaned one day.

superb beach experience!
amazing service great service delicious food
Gianni and yoel helped us at the beach. They were amazing! gianni made sure everything was great the entire day. yoel was great at serving our food and drinks. the food was delicious (i especially liked the cocktails!).
i found the pool closure time too early. the pools closed at 7:30 pm. i think the pool hours should be extended for a better guest experience.

excellent experience, clean
amazing hospitality excellent food cute staff
i had a great planned trip of four days. my wife and i celebrated our fourth anniversary. the hospitality i received was amazing and everything i expected. i always found a chat and the staff were very cute and helpful. i loved the mirabella restaurant for excellent food.
i booked an ocean view room with a balcony, but the pool closed early. also, there were high unsafe levels of fecal matter found in the water. i got sick from swimming in the ocean.

the beautiful king room balcony was very spacious with a comfortable bed. i found many pillows in the room, this added to the comfort. the ocean and city views from the balcony are beautiful.

this hotel has a lovely location directly on the ocean. it is also close to many restaurants. there are convenient taxi pick-up and drop-off areas. this made getting around the area very easy.

i experienced excellent service from yoyel and giani at the beach. they were very attentive and helpful . english at the pool ensured i had a great experience. i didn't have to worry about anything.

the pool area has many different pools that each serve a different purpose. i saw spacious pools and two hot tubs. the hotel has a large territory. i used a big warm pool with enough loungers.

the hotel offers very good breakfasts with many options. the mirabella restaurant has excellent food. i could find a great choice of french champagne. prime 45 has a great service.
